The specialist conference will take place on Thursday, November 24th and Friday, November 25th, and will once again be held in the form of a virtual meeting. The intended format for both days is panel discussions with short presentations (max. 15 minutes each) followed by a discussion. In addition to keynote speeches and panel sessions, workshops will provide the opportunity to present and discuss current research results. We therefore also encourage the submission of workshop ideas. In addition, more time will be dedicated to social exchange this year in order to identify research questions and perspectives, and to offer scientists working in this field greater opportunities for networking. A post-conference summary in a Nomos anthology is also planned for this year.
Abstracts can be submitted from now until 31.05.2022 via email to genderandcrime@kfn.de. They should consist of a text no more than 1500 characters (including spaces) with the subject “Abstract Gender & Crime 2022”. Abstracts should be sent in conjunction with a short CV (max. 2 pages). A decision on acceptance of the contributions will be made by the end of July.
