The research project “Catcalling – Extent and consequences of verbal sexual harassment” starts on 01.07.2021. Catcalling includes sexually connotated behaviors or different types of sexual harassment without physical contact. The aim of the research project is to investigate the extent, forms and consequences of catcalling with the help of an online survey of young people. The implementation of the survey and analysis of the data will be carried out by Laura-Romina Goede. The results will be presented at the interdisciplinary scientific online conference “Gender & Crime – Gender Aspects in Criminology and Criminal Justice” on the 25 and 26 November 2021 at the KFN.
